Month: November 2018

Todd Joseph Dorsett Sr.

Todd Joseph Dorsett Sr., age 46, of Midland, PA, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2018. He was born in Rochester, PA, on August 2, 1972. He is the son of the late Tyrone and Leslie (Tavares) Dorsett Sr.

Todd was loved by everyone. He loved his mother Leslie, and adored his children and family. Todd was the type of person you wanted in your corner. If he says he “had your back” he meant it. His sense of humor was one of a kind. He sure knew how to make everyone laugh. No matter where Todd went that Midland pride stayed with him. He would “scream on you” if he had a chance, of course that’s a Midland colloquialism for laughing uncontrollably. Todd loved to cook and folks couldn’t get enough of his fried chicken and fried pork chops. Todd was a very generous human being and would give you the shirt off his back whether he knew you for years or minutes.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Todd Jr., Aaron Sr., Dasia, Saryah, Kaymen, Daniel, Chase, Aiden; two grandchildren, Mariah Dorsett, Aaron Dorsett Jr.; sisters, Kim Tavares, Bunny Dorsett, and brother, Tyrone Dorsett Jr, aunts Dolly (Robbie) Santos, Juanita (Richard) Kimbrough, Sheree Dorsett-Ross; uncles, Jocko (Anna) Tavares, Ernest Dorsett Sr., Tony (Janet) Dorsett; nephews, Honey, Tang, Christian; niece, Ciara; and a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, from 10 to 11 a.m., with the Home Going service commencing at 11 a.m. at WASHINGTON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, 1411 Sixth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Chapel Drive, Monaca, PA. The arrangements are entrusted to:
